As a complete Landscape Management Company our goal is to create and continually maintain a visually appealing landscape at a reasonable rate for residential, commercial and contracting projects. We are proud to announce that in 2024 we have grown! The Brinery is now open as an extension of Clipco Landscaping, where we offer liquid de-icing solutions!

The Founder
Cliff Cunningham founded Clipco Landscaping in 2001 and is a local Winchester resident. As a hands-on member of the team, Cliff loves to get his hands dirty and truly enjoys taking an old and tired landscape and giving it a new lease of life. He is dedicated to consistently providing the highest quality landscaping services for all customers no matter how big or small the job.
Our experienced crew work to an extremely high standard which brings both job satisfaction and customer satisfaction. They carry out our full range of landscape installation and landscaping services. Some of our crew have been with us since 2010!

What makes us unique?
We are a small, independent & locally owned business based in Winchester, MA. We take pride in sourcing our products locally, working closely with other local Massachusetts business to get the job done. We source our plants and other products mainly from Mahoney's Garden Centre. Our seed stock comes from inspected and approved seed houses and arrives with a certificate of analysis and certification, proven to be 99.9% noxious weed seed free and have a minimum guaranteed germination rate of 75% by weight volume. Thus, ensuring a continued high standard and quality of product. Seed tags are always available at the customer’s request. We have done extensive research into using top quality products and are fully insured and equipped with years of knowledge to properly install irrigation systems.

We know that every landscape and property is unique as the people that live on it and we pride ourselves in delivering consistent and quality services to all our customers. Finally, we specialize in services that other landscape companies do not, such as hydroseed spraying and contracting which we are certified and expertly trained in and full start to finish irrigation installation.
